No worries FFY. Not a bad first attempt at all!
Looks like you've got the tracking ok. The only thing I would suggest is improving your mask movement.
Go to head layer (bottom left) click the drop down arrow,
mask layer drop down arrow,
click the stopwatch nect to mask path and then you can adjust where the mask moves for each frame( i usually just skip through and, if it's going out, just move the points to compensate).
