re fakes for sale on ebay

I checked my collection and it's a van muellen from this site I think we need to do something now the question is what?

Last time this happened i bought one of the pics (cheapest there was) so i could get the sellers details and leave bad feed back. The bad feed back resulted in a few people messaging me to find out where they could find the pics for free, ie here. After a couple of e mails to the seller all my work was removed from their sale, fortunately for them this was done before i put their details on a UK dogging/swingers site.

Wow, that's pretty shabby. Can't believe someone bid on it too.

I've never used ebay so I don't know what recourse you can take, but it would seem hard to argue IP rights, when faking kind of disregards the rights of the original artists anyway.

The only thing that could be done is report one of the Emma Watson pictures as being under age, even if it isn't i doubt the seller has kept a proof age head shot.

I dont care and besides I cannot complain, as I use copyright BS and HS to make my work so would be hypocritical of me to take the moral highground.

It would be hypocritical if we faked for financial reward but we don't. It pisses me off because my signature gets removed and they're trying to make money from my work. The last ones on ebay were flogging some of my fakes for $20 each. I suspect this scumbag is a member of this forum as one of Holly Willoughby's is listed, which i've only posted on here.

Yes it might be your work, but done at the expense of others work, ie you chose hs taken by others, BS taken by others all without copyright permission.
I do not like my logo being removed either, but i look at it as a sign of whoever the cunt is at leasyt has good taste in fakirs

I think you missed my point, i'm not using other peoples work to make money from. Yes we use other peoples copyrighted pictures to make the fakes but we put them up on the net for free.

To play devil's advocate; he is selling them as glossy prints, so there is a materials cost to be recovered which we don't incur.

Well i pay for Mydownloader subscription to download the hundreds of photo sets to get the handfull of b's pictures i use.

Unfortunately there will always be those willing to make a few quid on the back of others.
I myself post at crazyaces fakes and although a paysite i freely give him almost all my work, including all my international and star trek fakes i post nowhere else, but my choice.
